My Accountability Commitment

As a practitioner I am aware of my culpability for harm. I honour the lived experiences, wisdom, diverse identities, and cultures of the clients I have the privilege of collaborating with. As a part of my accountability in the  privilege of our work together, I have retained Clinical Supervisor Sly Sarkisova, MSW, RSW, to oversee my practice professionally and clinically. In addition, I am transparent about my personal healing journey and take care to attend to my own mental wellness needs. By attending my own therapy, practicing meditation, physical movement, intuitive eating, and continually evaluating and scaling my practice to my own needs and capacity, I am able to provide care that is as safe as possible. I endeavor to work with you to create openness to uncover and address any disagreements, conflicts, missteps, or potential for harm in our work together.
